Coastal Elegance: Dual Master Bedroom Retreat 3/3

The place was nice but over priced for what we have experienced for this time of year and area. I suspect it’s due to the management company thinking their 5 star rating is valuable. They try and nickel and dime you after you book your stay. Honestly the house needs some maintenance… or the turn over team needs to open their eyes and look at the condition of the house. The master bedroom bed was broke and ended up taking 2 days to replace the frame. Stuff like this shouldn’t be overlooked. The home owners would be better off finding a new management company to handle their air bnb business.

We enjoyed a week at this lovely home. We’ve rented many homes in the same neighborhood over the years, but this was a clear winner. The outside space is wonderful and the pool area is very private. The surrounding homes are quiet and owner occupied, which is a plus. The management company was the best we have encountered. They don’t have dozens and dozens of properties to manage so you get their full attention. Believe me, this makes a difference. Everything you could want is provided and the decor and finishes are high end. We have already booked our next stay here. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip and had the most amazing time! The house & yard was spotless. The host was very responsive and was able to answer any questions we had about the property while we were there and leading up to It. We would definitely come back here for another stay in Naples, this place felt right at home!

This house was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures, which isn't always the case when you rent a vacation home. We loved the decor, the open feel and the backyard. It was about a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 15 minutes to 5th avenue. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating.

I really loved this home! My favorite part was the large sliding door that opened to the patio, along with the screened-in outdoor space. It made it so easy to enjoy the fresh air for hours. The location was great, and the host was very responsive. I also appreciated the available pool accessories, which added to the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!

Host was responsive to any questions and gave great directions on how to best use the house. Backyard has great privacy and well landscaped. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was beyond fantastic, the house is so so nice, spacious, comfy beds, amazing bathrooms, great kitchen and fantastic outdoor and grilling area, and the pool was our favorite the kids had the best time and it was so nice both pool and jacuzzi had heating systems

We absolutely loved this rental. The host was amazing, and went above and beyond multiple times for us! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely be back the next time we come to Naples!

We were still able to relax and unwind, and most importantly, create lasting memories with our teenage daughters. Overall, our vacation at the Naples house was nothing short of amazing. Linda casa y Cris la chica de limpieza muy amable y considerada. Ella nos facilitó la comunicación con el anfitrión. Faltaban cosas de vajilla, toallas, sombrilla y ella nos las proporcionó. Pedimos unas ollas porque las que habían no tenían tapa y una caldera para calentar agua y nos lo proporcionaron, nuevo recién comprado. Pasamos lindo y la casa linda. Algún pelo que otro en sábanas y colcha pero Cris llegó de inmediato a cambiar sábanas y se puso a disposición.

Stayed here for a weekend and we had a great time. The house is clean and beautiful, looks even better than the pictures. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool, grilling out and playing ping pong. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here! Bring what you need though as the property is new and a little bare bones. The full sized bunks were a pleasant surprise! If we were to stay here again I would bring mosquito solutions, as it was a problem both inside and outside the house. There are also some surrounding pool tiles that have shifted that could be hazardous. Overall, it was a wonderful home and we will rent again. Very responsive and accommodating management

The house was perfectly equipped with everything you needed. It was perfectly located with everything very close to it. Honestly it was a perfect vacation.

The place is outstanding, great location,pool and outdoor space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and nice space. 3 stars due to no notice of security cameras overlooking pool. Would like to know if we are being recorded.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. The place was immaculate and the backyard with the pool was perfect.

The homes interior and exterior was beautiful and we found the property to be very clean upon check in. The highlight for our family was the outdoor space with the beautiful pool and covered patio with grill, table and TV. The remote-controlled screens were great for keeping out bugs in the evening and made as an added level of protection to keep our toddler away from the pool. We did offer feedback to the host that some of the items pictured/listed were not at the property including the air hockey table, boogie boards, pack and play and high chair. After we notified the host upon arrival they did send a brand new high chair, and promised to bring the air hockey table but it never arrived. Thankfully we had rented a full-sized crib separately, but I would expect all items listed to be present upon check in, especially when arriving late with young children.

I have had the pleasure of staying in many AirBnb’s throughout my travels and Naples Coastal Vacation was truly a great experience! The images provided are very accurate of the home. The attentiveness prior to our check-in was seamless, they even offered to put away our Instacart groceries prior to our arrival! Now that is service, talk about “turn key” for a vacation rental. The house was MINT!

Overall house was great . Pool fantastic , minus neighbors tree that shedded lots of leaves into pool Neighborhood is under transition . Construction noise behind us all week due to another house being built Lots of construction going on in the larger neighborhood

Loved the property. Exactly as pictured. Kids loved the pool and watching tv with breakfast outside! The perfect space for a family of 5. The host was so helpful and check was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

The property and home are beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is brand new and well maintained. The home was spotless clean and the beds and accommodations were great. The outdoor lanai patio was great for reading books or watching the game! The pool and the pool deck are stunning. I recommend they get a few lounge chair umbrellas for a more enjoyable experience as sun is very hot. The kitchen needs a lot more luxury amenities same bathrooms (starter kit or shampoo, soap, Kleenex tissues) kitchen needs way more pots, pans, bowls, luxury glassware, spices, olive oils “cooking starter kit”, especially for the price tag you’re paying. Loved having a bike to ride to the beach (just need a bike pump as tires were flat, went local station to fill tires). Pool and hot tub heat should be included in rate as it’s a luxury home priced extremely high for the area and most other include heat for pool/hot tub. Overall this home and our stay were amazing and I’d stay here again!

We had a great stay over New Years. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was heated to a very warm temperature which felt great with high 60 degree air temperature. We walked to the beach and the grocery stores were a short drive away. The outdoor area is beautiful and a great set up for relaxing while our son napped inside. We would love to come again and stay!

We absolutely loved staying in this home! Everything was in outstanding condition. It was very close to the beach, we walked there a few times, but mainly we stayed at the beautiful pool area at the home. It was exceptional and spent many hours there. We loved this home with 5 children under 6 because of the pool safety. The pool was outside of the screened in porch as an extra safety barrier. We would definitely stay here again!! The management company was extremely attentive and responsive. Great vacation overall!

Very nice place to stay ! Lots of room and is relaxing for family . There are a lot of surrounding stores so it’s easy to get to places around. Our host was easy to reach and answered all questions we might have had .
