Luxe Coastal Getaway 4/3 Naples Vanderbilt Beach

This house was beautiful, big, and in a great location. Was perfect for a week in Naples.

We have a short but wonderful stay at this home. The home was exactly as described. The backyard was really enjoyable!

We rented the house for two nights, we really enjoyed our time in Naples . The house was very spacious and beautiful, the location was perfect . Took a bike ride to Vanderbilt beach to watch the sunset both days , visit the best supermarket in Florida “Seed to table” which is 5 min away from the house . We will certainly be back soon, thank you much !!!

We had a great stay here. The house was perfect for hosting family for Thanksgiving. The layout is great for larger groups and families. Everyone felt like they had their own space, and the bedroom doors are pretty sound proof. We purchased pool heat and we were able to control the temperature from an app. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all questions, and they even dropped off a bike pump last minute. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well as the rest of the house.

The accommodation was exactly as described. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Ficamos hospedados nessa casa em Naples e gostamos muito da experiência! A casa é espaçosa, confortável e bem localizada — a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da praia e a poucos minutos de carro de mercados, cafés, Starbucks e Walmart. São 4 quartos e 3 banheiros, acomodando bem até 12 pessoas, ideal para grupos ou famílias grandes. Aproveitamos bastante a área externa, especialmente a piscina, a churrasqueira e as boias disponíveis na garagem. As crianças adoraram o quarto delas, que era bem amplo. O ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a estadia. Como sugestão de melhoria: sentimos falta de mais utensílios de cozinha, como panelas maiores, pratos e copos, considerando que a casa recebe grupos grandes. Também notamos que em um dos banheiros a água escorria um pouco durante o banho, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência e recomendamos a casa!

This house was 10/10 location was great the house was very clean and just how it looked in pictures it was perfect for me and my family the kids had a blast in the pool it was a perfect home away from home

We love the house and the location - it is a beautiful home with an amazing backyard. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The only downside is - the kitchen needs more pans and kitchen utensils so we can prepare the meals at the house. The backyard has a lot of mosquitoes and ants at any time of the day - even insects inside the pool; the house should have a net so the pool can be cleaned every day. This can be an easy fix for the host. Again, we love the house and definitely would stay here again.

Great place for a group vacation! Plenty of space and comfortable rooms within proximity of beach and short drive to Old Naples.

Beautiful house, great location - close to the beach and the efficient response times.

The house is a great location, close to the beach and able to accommodate all 9 of us with ease. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and able to walk or ride the bikes provided. The house is newly renovated and well maintained. The kitchen was large with newer appliances. But it had cheap and limited pots and pans which made it difficult to cook anything for the family.

Beautiful home and very responsive and helpful host. The house is clean, plenty of room for families. The bonus for us was the screen porch, a big plus when you have small kids around the pool area. We had a great time there and would definitely got back!!

Our two week stay was fantastic. The house was super comfortable, very tasteful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a hit along with the outdoor lounging areas. Our Host Asif was very responsive to all of our questions and requests and was so nice to deal with. The location was perfect for us to get to the beach. We actually rented a golf cart during our stay which made it easy to get to the beach or pop into the fun local beach bars and hotels for lunch or dinner. We had a great time and look forward to booking our next visit.

Upon check in - we received the door code & email from host that says if we need anything to call him. we arrived for the first time and tried the code. Doesn't work. I call property manager-he says he will change it but can't give me new code over the phone. why tell us if we need anything to call if the fastest way to get results is through the app. Property is okay- thought it was extremely expensive for the property. No wow factor just okay. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean but on the north side of property with no sun. That should have been mentioned ion the ad for sun worshippers. Dishwasher top rack is broken and fell off when we first used the machine. Pool controls are fickle so is Ac thermostat.Outside fireplace doesn't work. Called several times and it wasn't fixed.We called several times about Lukewarm water in the master. Property manager stalled and tried to push off several times. Finally, I found tankless water tank and saw there was an error code and relayed that to the manager. He said it was all normal. I had to go online & call Rheem myself to get an explanation of error code& once i relayed that to the mgr he sent out a tech to fix-In the end the water temp never got hot and I gave up.But my biggest complaint was the two TV's. Only one remote and both exact same TV's. SO, when you turned one on- the other would go on as well and take over "control" and it was very frustrating to get the TV you wanted-to work.

As frequent travelers to the Naples park area, we really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations are excellent. We especially loved the patio, pool and spa tub. The bikes were a plus for our teenagers getting to Vanderbilt beach. It is close proximity to nice restaurants and a quick drive when you’re ready to head downtown. Thanks so much for the excellent stay.

Five stars all around!!! We had a great family vacation. The house was fantastic!!Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and great outdoor BBQ area. The motorized screen was a great feature! A beautiful house that accommodated our group of 6. The host was very responsive during our stay and the nearby beach was calm and beautiful.

The house was immaculate, inviting and sooo cozy... The bed, bedding & pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Pool and hottub were the perfect temperatures both very clean and relaxing. The beach is technically walking distance but we enjoyed using the bikes that were provided. The sunsets were spectacular. We only stayed a few days this trip but we will definitely be back next year to stay longer. The Value was worth its weight in gold! Thank you so much for hosting us we cannot wait to come back!

We had a really good time in the house. The living room and kitchen area are very spacious, especially considering we were 12 people. The outdoor barbecue area was very pleasant, as were the pool and jacuzzi

Everything was above beautiful with this house, my family had a great time , every single detail is amazing and felt super unique. The pool and outdoor area are great to share with friends and enjoy the beautiful weather. As a Real Estate investor, I found this property extremely well-equipped and the construction is just perfect. Book it you will have a great time. Coming back for sure 🙌

My family and I enjoyed our time in this house during July 4th long weekend. The property was well equipped and comfortable. The lanai and the pool area were also enjoyable. A couple of downside issues that kind of made me not give a 5 stars was that having the AC not working in the early hours of our last day, a door in one of the rooms was broken and made it difficult to close or open it. Everything else was good.

We had a great week in this beautiful Naples home. Host was super responsive before and during our stay, answering our many questions. The home was just as pictured - plenty of space for a large group like ours (3 families all with little kids). We only ventured out a few times since the house and pool was enough to keep us happy. Grilling and outside area with tv and retractable screen was the icing on the cake.

The vacation home is perfect, really spacious, amazing outdoor area, comfortable rooms. Great to enjoy with friends and family. The location is great, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but also pretty close to all you need, supermarkets, gas station, etc.

Host was extremely responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We had a spa heating issue the first day but the host was attentive and someone came by to fix it by the next day. Pool heat was great! The house is fitting for a 5-star villa with quality decor and comfort for the whole family. Neighborhood is a bit bland but location to beach is perfect and lots of food options. Host even brought over items we requested - attentive and service-oriented. I would highly recommend- especially for families!
