We loved the place. It was modern and beautiful and plenty big enough for us. Friends stopped in and were really impressed. Great location. Only one negative is that it has a spa - not a hot tub. We expected a hot tub; it was a cold that weekend and we could not really use it. I would stay again.

We would stay there again over and over. What a really nice home!!

Upon arrival, the house was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t working. The host, Asif, had sent his father to fix it prior to us arriving, but it was not resolved. I reported this to Asif, who said help was on the way. While waiting in 90-degree heat, we noticed the home did not appear cleaned: food on kitchen floor, dirty outdoor and indoor couch cushions, poorly made beds, and urine left on toilets. We reported everything with photos immediately. Asif said a cleaner and AC tech were coming, but only his father returned and nothing was fixed or cleaned. We were shown another property next door, but it also didn’t match the quality advertised. The host agreed we could cancel and receive a full refund, so we found another accommodation & checked out before 4 p.m. as discussed. The host showed little remorse for the inconvenience, with no follow up on his part and later tried denying the refund. Overall, the home did not meet the advertised expectations, and the service was disappointing.

I will highly recommend and certainly return.

We had a fantastic family vacation in Naples! The house was perfect for our group — parents, adult children with their partners, and grandkids. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we found everything we needed to feel at home. The outdoor area was lovely and ideal for family time and meals together. The location was great — peaceful yet close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommended for families!

The house is very nice inside and out, and looks like the pictures. The showers are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool was great, we enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, there are a few things that could be improved - the couch in the living room is very low to the ground and uncomfortable to watch tv/movies. And the tv could be larger considering the size of the living room. Also, there are no TVs in the additional bedrooms, only in the master, living room, and outside. Finally, although the location of the house is very central and close to the beaches, there are 2 very dilapidated homes just a couple of houses away, which ruins the feeling of the otherwise nice area.

Fun little escape for a babymoon! The placed looked just like the pictures, and was very clean. Short drive to the beach, and it comes with chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and bikes - how fun!

We had an amazing stay at Mimosa Manor! Asif, one of the owners, was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. The home was spacious, clean and well designed with ceiling fans in every room, including outdoors over the lounge and eating areas. The outdoor area also includes automated mosquito net screens for evening outdoor dining. The private pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful. We chose to have them heated during our stay in April. Our dog was able to freely roam around in the backyard because of the fully fenced-in yard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this property. The cleanliness and overall condition of the home were far below expectations. The living room furniture was so dirty that I couldn’t even sit on the sofa, and the rug underneath had visible urine stains. The kitchen cabinets contained dirty dishes, and the freezer was unclean.Beyond cleanliness, there were several maintenance issues. The remote in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn’t change channels. The bed had flannel sheets, which felt out of place given the 75 degree weather, and uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a camera by the pool, which raised privacy concerns.On top of these issues, communication with the property management company was extremely disappointing. I had trouble finding the house and called for assistance, but no one returned my voicemail. When I reached out upon arrival about the condition of the home, I never received a response. After checking out, I sent a message through Vrbo regarding my experience and again heard nothing. When I followed up via email, the response I received was, “Why, are you going to leave a bad review?”I had hoped to resolve these concerns privately, but the lack of communication and care made that impossible. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

We had a great time with the family! pool nice and warm and the Beach not too far away we were able to go and watch the beautiful Sunset.

We had a great stay at Mimosa Manor! Naples Coastal Vacations made it easy to check-in and they were accommodating with our early arrival and late departure requests. The house is open and has enough space for 3 families to stay here. Our kids loved the pool and backyard area, as well as the games in the garage — a huge plus with smaller children. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Naples Coastal Vacations’s home. It was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family vacation with two little ones. They provided a pack n play and high chair and had some toys too. All the gear we needed for the beach was there and the pool/hot tub was amazing. Super responsive and very close to everything we needed. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at Naples Coastal Vacations! Property was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Rang in the new year at this property and would highly recommend. Stayed here with a group of friends and really enjoyed it. Host was very responsive and kind.

Pros: outdoor space; pool/spa; location; outdoor grill; Clean rooms and baths Cons: Check-in- home was not ready and pool was not heated 1 hour after being told both were ready (cleaning crew still inside upon arrival)- had to wait in the driveway for crew to finish. AC unit had no power and the home was hot; the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was broken; none of the ceiling fan remotes in any bedroom worked; misinformation printed in the manual on how to connect to pool- we were connected to the pool network for the house next door; could not get any functions to work in our pool. Naples Coastal brought replacement batteries for the AC unit and remotes. Beach accessories: 2 kids chairs and 2 adult chairs, one severely ripped and unusable. All 4 chairs were filthy. We had to rent chairs at Vanderbilt Beach ($20/chair). Kitchen lacked some basics - dish soap, cleaning supplies, extra paper towels - only 3 wine glasses (for house for 8). Appreciate the help by host after check-in!

Beautiful house with a perfect gazebo with bbq, jacuzzi, large heated pool and outdoor TV. We really enjoy our time there, very relaxing. Very clean equipped kitchen and well decorated house. The house is 6 minutes away by car from Vanderbilt beach. The house is located on a nice section of North Naples that is close to shops and supermarkets. Downtown historic Naples is 20 minutes away. House is well equipped for families with kids.

Took 8 HS graduates on a senior trip! The house was perfect. Clean, layout was great, pool was beautiful and beds were comfy. Big plus… so close to the best beach ever, Vanderbilt! Our host response time was quick and was very nice felt like I was texting with a friend! I highly recommend the house! We will be booking again! We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly like the pictures and felt more like a hotel bc it was so clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive when we had questions and we will absolutely consider coming back here when we are in Naples.

The space is awesome. We had eight adults get together for a golf trip and when I found this and the property next door I snatched them both up. We enjoyed the huge kitchen/living room and the back patio. Even without the heat the pool was put to good use.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The remote controlled screen separating the lanai from the pool was ideal for the safety of our small grandchildren. It enabled us to be on the lanai, enjoying the fresh air and the view of the pool without concern of the children having access to the pool. This was essential to our peace of mind. The owner was incredibly responsive to any of our questions. He was extremely helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc. He could not have been nicer! He made us feel right at home! This is a very child friendly home with pool toys and beach toys. I highly recommend this home for anyone, particularly if you are traveling with children.

What a terrific house for our party of six adults. Highlights were the very comfortable beds, a pool with a convenient full-sized outdoor bathroom, and a nicely designed patio and grill set-up that we used every day. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Best of all, the host was helpful and very responsive. Really can’t ask for more from a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful time during our one night stay with our family of 10. The host was very accommodating as they heated up the pool for us before arriving, had a clean property with everything we needed including, clean towels, comfortable beds, soaps and lotions in the bathrooms, pool floaters for the kids, and more. Mimosa Manor is truly an exquisite home. The furnishings and decor are beautiful, and gives a very calm, peaceful vibe as soon as you step inside. The lanai/patio area is very relaxing. The salt water pool is always a favorite and then kicking back with a cold beer or cocktail while enjoying the beautiful night and looking up at the stars while soothing your soul in the hot tub is heavenly. Master Bedroom very comfortable bed. Host was very fast to respond. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Highly recommend.

What a dream house! We didn’t want to leave and had the best stay. Everything was perfect and our host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable with our newborn. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great trip in Naples. This was our first VRBO in years and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 5 with 15, 13 and 11 year old children. The pool was awesome and the hottub just as good. The house was very clean and the beds were really comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. Since the weather was a little chilly we did not use the beach but it was about 1 mile away. Easily reached by bike if adults or older kids. Asif from NCV was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. We would highly recommend the home if you are looking for something easy, clean and modern.

We loved the pool and privacy of the yard. We used the bikes daily, so fun! Asif was an amazing communicator and went above and beyond for us during our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The house and grounds are exactly as shown and there is plenty of space. The decor is beautiful - right out of the Crate & Barrel catalogue. Outdoor space is also a huge plus. We ate most meals at outside (there are screens), watched the outdoor tv, etc. The two masters were great for our group and my teens could each have a room and they shared a bathroom. Location was great - construction in the neighborhood in general as there seems to be a lot of upgrading/rebuilding but there were no noise issues and the street is quiet. We were able to walk to the beach when out for a walk but would need to drive if planning to bring chairs, etc. While the house has chairs they are not really "beach-friendly". We did have a few issues the most significant was with the hot tub/spa. Asif was 100% responsive - attempted to troubleshoot over text and sending out a technician the next day. Unfortunately the issue was not diagnosed so we continued to have issues using the spa. This just caused general frustrations that I would have preferred not to deal with given we paid more for a house with a spa/pool and is the primary reason I did not rate a 5. One ceiling fan was also broken but Asif had someone bring over a standing fan (within about 30 mins!). Overall a recommended stay in a gorgeous home.

Place was perfect for our family Firstly - communication was outstanding and the management couldn’t have been more helpful. We had some issues figuring out the pool heating and they immediately responded and helped. We needed a bassinet insert for the pack and play and they sent a brand new model. One of the best hosts I have ever dealt with . The home was beautiful and spacious Location was quiet (although you can hear some street noise) and walkable to a beautiful beach. The Mercato was a short drive and about 20-30 mins to downtown Naples. So if you don’t care about being close to downtown was a good location. House was Furnished very nicely with a comfortable large couch. Nice outdoor furniture - outdoor furniture could use a bit a clean.The house was very clean and even ready early Host was amazing. Only negative - pool heating system was a bit tricky and can only heat the spa or the pool at one time- can’t heat both at once.

The house exceeded expectations. So clean, furnishings updated, pool area outsanding very comfortable to be in. I'm not one to stay in an 'average place" from the moment i walked in i knew id made a wonderful pick! The fan remotes did not work, could not turn to a lower setting so weren't usable I'm a naples visitor for 30 years. I'd stay in this home over and over again. loved it My family has a place down the street on Gulf Shore drive (beach) so we were overflow and rented this house.

I traveled to Naples with my 4 children ages 9-17 for 7 nights. Mimosa Maner exceeded our expectations and was the perfect home for all of us. We actually never even had the chance to use the pool or outdoor area but the inside area was lovely with plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with brand new instruments and the laundry was huge and very useful. We would definitely rent here again.

The house is AMAZING!! Everything new and in excellent conditions! Asif and Faizal are excellent hostesses. I asked for an airfryer and they literally bought one for us and took to the house. There are bicycles and we went to the beach cycling, which was amazing! There is a system for heating the pool that works really well. I would definitely recommend and go back!!

This place is the best! The beach is so close by (less than a 5 minute drive away)! So accessible and just lovely! The hosts were so great! Very thoughtful! Even asked if we were celebrating anything, which we were, and they had a small cake personalized for us in the refrigerator. We loved everything about the stay. We will definitely be back!

The house was immaculately clean, spacious, private, and perfect for a getaway. The outdoor area was great for grilling and hanging pool side. Location is close enough to plenty of beach and food options. We loved how the house had practically anything we needed. You can tell that the house was very well thought out from the Sonos system, keyless check in, plenty of linens/towels, and all the added items such as beach umbrellas/cooler/bikes. The hosts were very responsive, polite, and helpful. I would absolutely stay in this home again. If I was being VERY particular, I would would want them to have a blender for making drinks, baking sheets for cooking, and more than 2 camping chairs for the beach. This place was fabulous and hopefully we will be back again!

We planned this getaway just a few days before and let me tell you, the property and property manager deserve more than five stars. Everything was perfect. Just as a small note, the master that I stayed in did not have curtains and sleep is so important for me and my family. We ended up putting black trash bags becuSe our daughter was waking up at six The house was PERFECT aside from that detail. Asif was always available, handled every request patiently and generously and they even had the cutest welcome basket and note for us. I give this house a 10 out of 5!! Can’t wait to go back.

This home was absolutely perfect! Very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable stocked with everything we could have ever needed. The rooms were exactly what you would need, very comfortable beds, ample pillows and soft blankets. Great location. 10 minutes away from the beach and Publix was a 5 minutes ride. The host was very responsive, accommodating and excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again!
