Check-in was smooth, the house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the location was great, and there were some nice amenities (patio grill, pool, hot tub, bicycles, etc). However... Multiple messages to the host went ignored and all of the host messages were impersonal boilerplate copy/paste with some stale info. There was a coffee machine but no creamers! No sponges in kitchen. We paid $120 fee to have the pool heated but the breaker tripped so we only had a warm pool for the last night and they only refunded us $90 (a full refund would have been appreciated). You can't heat the pool and hot tub at the same time (something we weren't told until after we got there). The checkout requirements were absurd (take out the trash/recycling, wash and put away all dishes, etc). Lots of other little issues (drinking water filter needs replacing, smoke detector hanging from wires, dishwasher dust panel sticking out). And after all that the host asked for a tip which we thought was really tacky.

This house is very close to places like the Mercado and not a bad ride from fifth Avenue. It seems like every house on the other side of the street is old and everything on this side of the street was near. Quiet property however the master bedroom does not have a shade for a very large picture window above the bed. Otherwise, everything else was great.

We really enjoyed the house and the pool/spa. It was accommodating to have a toddler there too. It seemed that some of the amenities listed in the description didn’t match what was actually available. For example- there was one very small baking sheet, no kitchen spatula, no dish soap, no dish rags, no golf/putt course, very little k-cups, 1 spice other than salt and pepper, missing body wash, etc. The house was clean and well kept but when we arrived used pool towels were in the grass and some of the hardware on the cabinets or the bathroom towels racks were falling off. Overall, it was a great place and we enjoyed it.

Awesome house, really enjoyed the outside area with the pool, jacuzzi and grill. My only recommendation would be to install blackouts in the bedrooms; the windows above the bed don’t have any and it gets super bright really early.

The property was okay. The day we got to the property I told the host the house felt hot and they told me to close the doors which we did and the next day I told them again it felt even more hot and they did nothing our kids had to sleep in the living room because it was so hot. They finally had someone come out to fix the a/c and after they left it was still hot so we decided to leave the property and did not stay the extra night. Also the hot tube never got hot and this was something I mentioned to the host and it was ignored.

the fridge wasn’t on when we got there and a couple of the things we brought were supposed to go in there or it would go bad, they fixed it like an hour later, we also found a couple dirty things and the drain where we were supposed to wash dishes wouldn’t go down. I myself found a bra that wasn’t ours and it was a little disgusting. We also saw that the refrigerator was dirty too. The place was good in general and in a good area, there’s a walmart really close. Theirs to many instructions of what we can and can’t do and i understand they want us to take care of the place but sincerely for me their asking for to much. i’ve been to a couple airbnbs and this one has been the one that has asked for the most, and if we don’t do so we have to pay a fee.. but it was spacious and good in general, the owners txted back immediately. good area, good place, 3.5/5 👍🏼

My family and I had a great stay. We had 10 people and a dog and the house never felt crowded. Everything is modern and well thought of. The layout is impeccable and I can see myself staying here again with or without all the family because it is such a good house. We really enjoyed our stay and had so much fun in the pool (great touch leaving the floaties for guest).

We visited Naples for my bachelorette trip, and decided to book this home. It was absolutely beautiful, SO clean, and perfect for 7 of us. The home was above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this home for large parties or families, as it comes with a pool/hot tub, outdoor grill, bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and so much space. The bathrooms were spotless. All of us loved it and would come back for sure! I only have great things to say about this experience. Also, it’s a good location and close to everything. Thank you for hosting us! We had a blast.

We had an amazing time during our family trip! The house is so welcoming and great for large groups of people. It had everything we needed - including beach chairs! The pool and BBQ area is wonderful and we loved being able to be outside while having protection from mosquitoes! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time in Naples.

We loved staying at this home again. It was our second trip there for business and the Home accommodated everyone on our team.

The property was perfect for my family. The pictures were accurate of the home. When I arrived there were only two lounge chairs and the pictures showed 4. The host promptly brought two more. All of my concerns were addressed promptly for the most part.The only suggestion I would make is to supply the home better. We had 7 people and only matching plates for 6. We did not have a complete set of silverware for 7 people. There were not any placemats or napkins. Although the host brought placemats - he brought paper napkins which we do not use. Although there was hand soap there was not any bar soap available in the bathrooms. I did bring my dog and the fenced yard was perfect.

Overall we had a great stay and the house was spacious and worked really well for our family. The proximity to the beach was nice and the host was responsive to any questions we had. There were a few minor issues with the house that did not significantly impact our stay.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean home. Host was proactive, responsive, and friendly. Nice open kitchen perfect for family gatherings, and great bathrooms. The house is dog friendly to include the finishings. Backyard has good patch of grass for dogs and we were glad to have space for them to play a bit (just remember this is Florida and one must be careful with Cane Toads as we had one show up). The area is quiet and peaceful. We did have a drone being a bit too invasive flying over us a couple of times and I’m putting it on here in case it happens to others so that the host can be aware. Overall, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that is dog friendly.

I was in search of a last-minute weekend getaway with my husband and our Frenchie, and we were fortunate to find this beautiful home. The property exceeded our expectations in every way—spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, and Publix. We spent most of our time unwinding by the pool, taking full advantage of the outdoor TV and playing music. It was a truly relaxing experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning. If you’re seeking a pristine, safe, and conveniently located home in Naples, this place is an absolute gem!

Great host and everything was excellent . Now , small detail , my son at night heard and felt a noise under his bed . Tables under the mattress were broken . My son 150 lbs. Now the HOST is asking me to pay $879 dollars . I replied , there was not a misuse and bad and poor quality of the bed . I can go to repair it or send a handy man to change the tables . $150 dollars all IN. Working on it but looks like they will be asking me to pay that insane amount .

Our stay was delightful. Home is really open and spacious, everything was clean and had nice high ceilings. Owners were very responsive and did their best to help. Any small issues we had were resolved promptly. The beach was also pretty close and we had fun biking to it as well. Overall, I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay.

Great location and beautiful home. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a great experience. The place was clean and was well supplied. Few things we had issues with were that there are a lot of flys and mosquitoes and the backyard screen was broken and would not lower down. The app was not working to the hot tub but the host was able to give the information to log into the app. Finally , the air conditioner had a feature that locked it from going below a certain temperature. The host did lower it upon request however the bunk bed room does not have a fan and it remained extremely hot in there. Despite these issues the stay was still fantastic and I would definitely go back.

The house is very well equipped. Beautiful décor, location is very convenient close to restaurants and Vanderbilt Beach. We stayed there from 6/15/24 to 6/19/24. This is our second stay at the property and will definitely come back.

I highly recommend Naples Coastal Vacation for your stay in Naples. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated and equipped home with a reliable and trustworthy landlord.

The property was advertised as luxury, but our recent stay did not live up to that description. The host described ‘luxury’ items in the home & possible fees to us if damaged. At first glance the home looked like the online pictures but we encountered several issues with cleanliness and amenities. Some of the problems we faced included filthy floors, dust on fans & air vents, bugs behind the bed, unchanged sheets or missing top sheets, a non-functional bedroom fan, broken furniture, rusty cutlery, a dirty cutting board, dull chef knives, a moldy kettle, greasy and scratched Teflon pots & pans, and a dishwasher that wouldn't drain. The couch was saggy & in need of replacement and showed visible muddy dog paw prints. We contacted the host and the management company to address these issues, but unfortunately, they did not resolve them promptly or to our satisfaction. This significantly disrupted the beginning of our holiday, as we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations.

The place is beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. However, there were no towels in master bedroom/bathroom and we couldn’t find them anywhere. Make sure you give the host additional time to respond, because it took them awhile. Also certain question had to be asked at least two times, before I received a response. Overall, the house is very nice and spacious. The pool is great.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved everything about the home especially the pool, hot tub and outdoor living space! The property manager was very responsive and very accommodating with letting us check in a little early as we were traveling with an infant. We will be back!

The space is awesome. We had eight adults get together for a golf trip and when I found this and the property next door I snatched them both up. We enjoyed the huge kitchen/living room and the back patio. Even without the heat the pool was put to good use.

This was such a haven for my husband and I while we visited my in-laws in Naples. The house is gorgeous, the pool was outstanding, and the local was safe, close to beaches, food, shopping, and local attractions. The host were incredibly kind and immediately answered all of our questions when we had them. We can’t wait to book again with a bigger group, as the house had so much room and was just begging to entertain! I’ll highly recommend Naples Coastal Vacations to all of our family and friends for their visits to the area.

Excellent property with very responsive and helpful host in NCV. We found ourselves stuck due to an issue with another property (not NCV) cancelling on us same day. NCV was responsive, helpful and accommodating in getting us set up at their property. This home is exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean, minimalist decor, the perfect rental. Everything is well labeled and easy to operate and find. Would love to stay here again.

3 Days in toilets had a ring on them. Leading us to believe they weren’t cleaned. Was not happy about the pool from the start. Pool and hot tub can’t be on at the same time which I didn’t know until after I paid extra to have pool heated. The pol never got warm. Bikes had flat tires I did message the owner and they brought more. Advertised with 4 nice chairs outside there was one and it was broke. Owner did order more and had them delivered two days later. There was not enough towels for 7 adults - they had to bring more towels. The house was beautiful. Just had a few issues as indicated above.

From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, this was an wonderful vacation rental experience! Seven adults stayed at this lovely home for Thanksgiving week. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had two more adults and 3 kids join us on Thanksgiving day and there was plenty of seating for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the driveway provided parking for 4 vehicles. We went to nearby Delnor Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach and drove a bit farther out to visit Corkscrew Swamp in the Everglades. Grocery stores are a short drive away as is Leonis Pizza (when you don't want to cook) The enormous TV provided football games for our enjoyment and as luck would have it, the Packers won (Go Pack Go)! The pool, hot tub and lanai were relaxing and provided respite for the non-sports fans. Bikes, games and pool toys were enjoyed by all! The hosts were extremely responsive and flexible and answered any questions we had. We'll definitely stay again next year! Thanks for a memorable week!

The house was very clean, modern and as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were new and clean. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of clean towels. The home was stocked with nice quality toilet paper (soft, not scratchy), paper towels, dish soap and hand soap. Bring your own laundry detergent. The outdoor lanai has automatic screens which we loved and they have pool toys as well. The garage stored several nice bikes for a family (adults and kiddos alike) and chairs for the beach. The host was very responsive and graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. Overall would recommend and we would stay again.

The host was able to accommodate a last minute booking due to an unforeseen renovation on our primary home. Our weekend "staycation" was amazing. The house was extremely clean including the outdoor gathering space. It was able to accommodate a baby as well.

We stayed here for my mothers 58th birthday! The home was exactly as pictured. The house was actually larger in person than the pictures lead. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues with the pool but the host responded very quickly and was taken care of within an hour! The home it self had all cleaning supplies plenty of cookware and dishes. They provided shampoo and conditioning in each room. There is only 1 tv in the master bedroom. The bunk bed room does not have a ceiling fan just FYI. Because this is a new listing there were just a few things we hoped were better. The a/c was out most of our stay but they responded quickly in trying to get it fixed. We had grandparents traveling with us who are over the age of 80 and there wasn’t any handicap accessible assist tools in the bathroom/bath tubs but this was very minor and they were able to make do! In all, my family really enjoyed this house will book again! Also the house manager brother my daughter a color book!Super nice!

Me and my friends have stayed at several different Airbnbs here in Florida and so far this one has been the best. Everything was great, the home, the space, furniture, amenities, bathrooms, etc. Everything was new, clean, useful, modern. The house looks small from the outside but actually was very spacious and bigger than you would expect. Our group (there was 9 of us) really enjoyed the stay and everyone had a great time. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, home was even nicer than the photos, and host was absolutely amazing, we went to celebrate a birthday and host went out before we checked in and got a birthday cake with the name of the birthday boy on it and left it in the fridge for us when we checked in. This house was amazing for my Family, It was so nice and Modern just the way my Family likes it. The host was very friendly and kind Asif was the Host that took care of us and my family enjoyed every minute in the house and the pool. Beautiful home located 5 minutes from Vanderbilt beach and local restaurants. Jacuzzi/spa didn’t work or heat my entire stay as advertised. A technician was promised to respond to fix the issue but never arrived. Also, the wifi which had very weak signal strength worked on and off all weekend and deficits the purpose of all the smart devices in the home. No cable tv to watch. Only streaming and with a weak wifi you couldn’t stream at times..
