Naples Calming Waves Luxury Home 4/3

A great stay, we were only there for 3 nights. We had a few issues and they responded right away to help and make sure everything was working well. The pictures are all accurate (not a new house anymore, had some wear & tear) and was very clean

The home itself was nice, but there were several issues during our stay. When we arrived, the access code didn’t work and the front door was left unlocked by the staff. The washer was broken with water leaking from it upon our arrival and was not replaced or fixed until day five of our seven-day stay, and the pool heater was out of service for the first four days. Some amenities listed were not actually in the home and after confirming they were available by the host we could pay to arrange and rent them/have them delivered the day before our arrival. (I.e. Crib and Highchair) When the host’s team came to the home to let a tech in for the washer, they left the house unlocked and the garage door open. When I contacted the host, he said they had locked it when clearly they had not so it was disappointing to have our concerns dismissed. It would be helpful if the listing more accurately reflected what is included and if access and maintenance issues were handled more promptly.

Great home

The entrance was from a side door which was never disclosed. When we used the front door and unlocked it, it wouldn’t look back. I immediately contacted the host who had been responding to my other messages up until that point. He/she completely ignored the fact that my family would have to sleep with an open front see through glass door and the danger that could entail for a city and a neighborhood we are not familiar with. It screwed the whole experience for us, having to be worried at night if someone was going to enter the house while we were sleeping. We had to come up with a way to feel a little safer to at least have a heads up if someone attempted to open the door. Terrible experience and terrible communication. We should be entitled to a compensation for this since our weekend was completely ruined

We had a very nice stay overall in this vacation rental. The house was modern and comfortable and well equipped including a nice set of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, and sand toys. They also had bikes which would be great for a family with older kids. The location was a short drive to lots of stores and nice beach access, but a 20 min drive from "downtown Naples" and 5th Ave. Our only hiccup was that the pool was not adequately heated when we arrived as we'd requested, but they were pretty quick to get a technician out to fix it the next morning.

We had an amazing stay. Location was great, the house was very clean and well equipped. Host was quick to respond. All in all we really enjoyed everything about it. Would definitely come back.

Great place great host!

Wow!! we stayed here for my Bachelorette and won’t let me tell you. It was my best Airbnb stay and I used to be a host and property manager in the past for Airbnb is this without a doubt is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out so much space, so much room! The outside TV was such a good addition. The kitchen and living room space are so conversational and the way that they decorated it was remarkable. I could go on and on everyone who stayed said that they wish that this was their house. We had such a good time & Never wanted to leave.

Awesome property would stay again

This house is amazing; it is new, well-maintained, and very clean. Everything in the house matches the online description. The high ceiling, the rooms, and the decor are top-notch. The pool is on the smaller side, but the yard and patio area are wonderful and make a great hangout spot. The kitchen is well-stocked. The location is very close to the beach (by car), as well as grocery stores and many restaurants. However, it is a 20-minute drive to downtown Naples. The neighborhood felt safe and well-kept. Communication with property management was not good; their responses were brief, curt, and sometimes unhelpful.

My family and I decided to do a staycation on the west coast of Florida, specifically in the Naples area. This home was excellent! We all had a great time in the backyard, enjoying the pool and jacuzzi as well as grilling. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen is enjoyable to prepare drinks and foods. We would stay here again!

The house was very clean and organized at the check in time. Excellent place to relax and visit. Close to convenience stores, and near the beach.

My Family and I stayed here for Father’s Day weekend, house was amazing and definitely worth staying here.

The staff was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. The home was well equipped with a full kitchen including a toaster, air fryer, and blender. There were also an assortment of games and a small bar area. The location was just as described, 7 minutes to Vanderbilt beach and 5 minutes to large nice shopping area. I was overall very happy with the amenities and the home. Only cons are that the home has some small roaches, the walls could use a paint job, and the beds were also much harder than I prefer. All in all, I would stay agin and recommend to other families as well.

The house was beautiful and clean. Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved the place, had everything we needed other than maybe an outdoor fireplace, had one indoors and had a screen so that you can open the doors and enjoy the outdoors without any bugs though. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Honestly very well equipped, loved the bikes and beach equipment, any questions were very promptly answered and handled, close to the beach and easy access to anything needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay absolutely beautiful environment!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here - very clean. We loved the outdoor set up with covered grill / kitchen area and pool. Nice master suite. Host did a great job communicating / was responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Family of 4 had a great stay in Naples. Totally looking forward to the Florida sunshine and warmer weather. Would of given our stay a perfect score but the pool manual gave us a little trouble. Asif, was quick to the rescue and sent someone from the pool company to help us with the pool. Beautiful place and conveniently located by restaurants, grocery stores and beach. Would recommend. Stayed for a week with my family and Frenchie for Thanksgiving. I’ve rented another one of their rentals in the past located down the street and had a great experience. My thoughts on this rental: Pros: Lots of space Modern home Great neighbors and area Relaxing pool Cons: Home needed to be re-cleaned post checkin Visible wear and tear around the home High cost of rental I would not stay in this home again due to my own personal preference, but would gladly stay at another one of their properties in the future.

Book it!! We had the best weekend in Naples here - close to everything. Brand new , beautiful pool & jacuzzi. So many amenities (beach chairs / coolers / beach towels etc. ) and the place is huge so you can get privacy if you want it. Asif was so responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group, had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and I love that they provided bath and beach towels! The property manager was quick to respond when we had questions about the pool or other things at the home. They also accommodated an early check-in for us, which was great! We did lose water during our stay on Saturday morning - which was no fault of the homeowner - but they responded within minutes to get it taken care of and turned back on! The bunkbeds are not the best for grown adults, but would be fine for children or simply one adult on the bottom bed. We would absolutely recommend this home to family and friends!

This house had absolutely everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The cleanliness was outstanding, with plenty of towels for everyone. The home felt brand new with a special touch in every detail of the décor. The pool area was a true highlight—spacious, inviting, and perfect for relaxing. The BBQ was modern and easy to use, making outdoor cooking a joy. This property truly surpasses expectations; the photos don’t do justice to how exceptional this place really is. Plus, the host’s response time was incredible—it felt like they were just waiting for us to ask a question! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flawless getaway.

The home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We were two sets of cousins who visited with the grandparents and we fit perfectly in the home. The hurricane proof windows and doors made us feel very safe as we had the inconvenience of bad weather during our trip. The team was very responsive and helpful during the whole process and tried to be as accommodating as possible. We would love to come again to stay at this beautiful house on a Sunny weekend! Area is great, the house is surrounded by some old properties as well as new, you can tell the area is getting a facelift. Felt safe and no problems. Very close to Walmart, Publix, and New York Pizza + Pasta which was a delicious quick dinner. Will be recommending this home to friends and family.

We had such an amazing time in this home! The house was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this home far exceeded our expectations! We were blown away when we entered. The high ceilings and large sun filled windows greeted us with light and a feeling of luxury. The brand new furnishings were both comfortable and stylish. The bedrooms were comfy and beautiful…everyone had to take a look at the spectacular master shower! The chefs in the family were very impressed with the beautiful well designed kitchen. The pool area was very welcoming with the outdoor furniture and private space. We are very grateful to haven chosen this wonderful spot for a sibling get together!

My family loved this home. It was clean, cozy, and had the best layout for enjoying family time in the big living and open kitchen as well as the amazing backyard.

Great place to stay! My friends and I loved it. The house and pool was beautiful. They allowed us to have an early check-in and late check-out, which was kind but also because there was no one coming in before or after us. There was a miscommunication on their end and the house wasn’t entirely cleaned for us when we arrived early, but once we were able to get in contact with them, they sent cleaners over right away who were speedy and thorough. Would recommend!!

Great place for a family/ group of friends to get away.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The pool/backyard was so peaceful and private. It was a quick drive to the beach with powdery soft sand. Walmart and Publix were less than a 5 minute drive which was helpful given the various needs of everyone in our party. The house was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed!

This house is exactly as the pictures show and is extremely beautiful. Super easy to check in and check out and the management was very pleasant throughout our whole day.

We had a ladies getaway and this house was beyond perfect. The tall ceilings, large kitchen, beautiful pool and landscaping were impressive and we all felt like this was an upscale vacation. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location to the beach was great and there are so many nice restaurants close by. We would definitely book this home again.

This is a beautiful, spacious new home. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and lanai, and lounging on the huge couch that’s big enough for the whole family!
