Naples Paradise Cove Luxury 4/3 Beach Home

I am SO happy with this Airbnb! If you’re visiting Naples, this is literally the house to stay in. Everything is super close… you’ll never have to drive far. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and everything you could want is within five minutes: the beach, shopping centers, pickleball courts, and more. The house itself is stunning. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous, the design is thoughtful, and everything was super easy to use. We could grill, relax, and enjoy the space without a single hassle. Entering and exiting was smooth, and the whole property feels effortless to enjoy. But what really sets this place apart is the host. They were always responsive, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond. Anytime there was a problem or we needed help, they immediately found a solution and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Nothing is ever perfect, but the host’s attentiveness and care made our stay feel flawless. Overall, this place is beautiful, convenient, and perfectly managed.

Great location, so walkable and we rode bikes to the beach! We loved hanging outside but the hot tub did take a long time to heat up, so plan accordingly! Also absolutely spotless!

Great stay. Outdoor space is perfect to spend the day outside. Living space is very functional. Everything that you’d need in the kitchen is provided, as well as pool/beach items. Some small touch ups could be done with paint/stain removal on carpets around the interior, but to be expected for a rental property and nothing that materially affects the experience. Location quiet and safe. Close to food/shopping/beach. Pool furniture slightly different (not as nice) than pictured and there is a big hammock type object in the backyard that I’m not sure is very useful and takes away from some of the artificial grass space in the backyard. Master only bedroom with a TV. Communication from host clear and responsive as needed. Would recommend and would stay again.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The furnishings are upscale and chic. The home had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The pool area is stunning, with jacuzzi, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating. Perfect location only 5 minute drive to the beach. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Such a beautiful and relaxing home. Lovely design, modern but warm. The backyard is an oasis, and the pool and hot tub are just so relaxing. The host was super helpful and answered questions quickly. We booked last minute and were still so impressed with the communication and the host.

Close to Mercato and not far from Vanderbilt beach! It was a great spot for our vacation!

We vacationed this week with our family and loved our stay. We were so comfortable that it felt like home. The house is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. A++ for bedding, mattresses were firm but comfortable and lots of pillow types to choose from across the different beds. The location was very convenient to several beaches, our favorite was Delnor Wiggins State Park, and lots of restaurants/shopping options close by. There was a full size cooler and 6 beach chairs/umbrella available to use which was great! The house & kitchen were well stocked and we were able to prepare several full meals during our stay. The pool and screens lanai area were amazing and we spent a lot of nights reading out there before bed. our 2.5 yr old enjoyed the toys they had, and there was also plenty of baby gear items that were great to have (pack n play, high chair, beach toys, stroller and wagon). The front room with bunk beds has great blackout curtains. Can’t wait to come back!

The home is stunning and perfectly laid out for our stay with our family. the outside area is where we spent most of our time and it was well designed for the purpose. Fans and screens made it usable even in the heat. The beds were incredibly hard and the outdoor and living room furniture not very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Can’t recommend it enough!

The home was beautiful, we really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio was amazing. Anytime we needed anything the host responded almost immediately and issues were resolved. They kept us informed about trash pickup and when landscapers and pool maintenance were to be done. Just a few minor things - they should have another beach umbrella. One is not enough for a large group. And I would like to see some beach chairs (lounge chairs were provided)

The house was great and just like the description. It had all the amenities and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. We had a very relaxing time and hope to be back. The host was very responsive and easy to reach when we had any questions. I definitely recommend this home!

We had a great stay at this house! They had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of amenities for our extended family and two little kids to enjoy. Everything was as advertised. Host was super communicative. Short distance to the beach, multiple grocery stores and restaurants and shopping in the Mercato. Would definitely return!

What a fabulous stay at this incredible Air Bnb! I have been to many air bnbs and always expect something to go wrong but not here! The communication, decor, cleanliness, outdoor area were all better than expected! We especially enjoyed the perfectly heated pool and hot tub and adorable bikes. The house is larger and even nicer than described. We definitely want to come back! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Naples Coastal vacations house, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beautiful renovation that showcased love and attention to detail in every corner. The decor was stylish and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool, which was filled with warm water. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. I spent hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Overall, my experience was amazing. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and inviting space, and it truly made my stay memorable. I can't wait to return!

The home was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor space was very nice and really liked that the lanai was not screened in. But, we were able to pull down screens whenever we needed them. Great home for a family. The hosts were very quick to respond to any requests we had. The home was not adequately filled with some basic necessities for a family of 9. We had to replenish hangers, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing pods and laundry pods. The home should be stocked with more towels, bed sheets, and blankets. Also, we requested the pool to be heated and did not realize until later that we would be charged per day. This cost should have been included in the price of the rental. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in this home and would recommend it to others.

This is our second time staying here and we will be back again. It’s a beautiful home. A short bike ride to the beach and tons of restaurants and shops close by. Our favorite getaway!

Stunning property! Honestly, better than the photos. Amazing location, close to Mercato (restaurants and shopping) and is an easy bike to the beach (super nice bikes provided). Kitchen & bathrooms were stunning and very clean. House has everything you could need. Love that the lanai goes up and down. I used this house as my bridal suite for my wedding and it was just so wonderful. Great communication & response time by management, had someone on-site within an hour when needed. 10/10 stay.

Great property, owner replied quickly, location, everything. More detailed note on hot tub instructions would be helpful, otherwise wonderful stay, would highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean place!

Lovely home and amenities...perfect place to stay!!

The house was gorgeously decorated and as advertised in the pictures. We had a quick family weekend getaway with grandparents and siblings. However, we had pest issues in the house. When we woke up in the morning, my 3 year old son who was sick, was sleeping in the master bed with my wife and I. A medium-sized roach ran out from underneath his pillow. The roach then ran underneath the bed. In one of the bathroom’s, there were a lot of small black ants. The moment we saw the roach, we sent a text through Airbnb to the host management company. They responded within two minutes and in less than an hour had a cleaning person show up to clean our master bedroom. Management said that it was weird because they had just sprayed the house recently. We showed the video my wife was able to take to the cleaning person. She said that sometimes when a house is sprayed that bugs may try to get inside away from the areas sprayed. She thoroughly cleaned the master bedroom and lanai area.

This house is beautifully designed and we enjoyed the indoor outdoor living. Having the automatic screen was nice. Very accessible location right across from shopping and restaurants. That being said the house felt overly used and could use a refurbishment on most of the bedding; lots of noticeable stains. I also think the house could be stocked better with dish soap and laundry pods. Be prepared to buy more. Another improvement could be the beach chairs, several were broken and most were rusted. Overall we enjoyed our stay but at the price-point I would expect cleaner accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay! There was some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness (hair in beds, toilets having mold). The house was beautiful though and the outdoor area was great to spend our time.

The home was beautiful with a perfect floor plan for our party 5 adults and 4 children (ages 3-9). The interior of the home was well thought out and the exterior living space was just as superb! Between the pool, bbq, and cruiser bikes, we took advantage of all the amenities! The beach was only a 10 minute bike ride away, too! The host was extremely flexible with the check in/out process and very responsive to our questions. I would absolutely return!

we stayed here for a girls weekend and it was a PERFECT STAY! everything was exactly like the photos, the ambiance was great, and the host was incredibly helpful and easy to get in touch with Would absolutely book again!

My family and I loved the house, it is beautiful and the furniture is well arranged. The decor matches the entire house. The lighting is also great. The only negative thing we have to say is that is was not as cleaned as we expected, I assume the house gets cleaned by a cleaning company so by no means this is a negative review against whoever own the house but it would be really good if someone check on the cleanliness of the properties they serve. There were no paper towels or trash bags to replace the ones in used and no dishwasher detergent, I had to go buy it to leave everything clean as it was stated on the instructions. I also bought trash bags for the kitchen. Other than that we felt pretty comfortable and all equipment as well as lights were working perfectly. Great location and beautiful home, we also love the pool and lanai.

The home was plenty big for the 6 of us that stayed there. Beautiful, brand new home and finishes throughout. The back patio, TV, BBQ grill and pool was as good as it gets. Location is A++ directly across the street from Mercato (Whole Foods, restaurants, bars). Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 so enjoyed this home for spring break. Easy to bike to the beach, or a 3 minute drive. Closest Vanderbilt Beach has public restrooms and a parking deck too. Tons of restaurant and shopping options. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and was just as pictured. Comfortable beds, great bikes, fun garage games, and the pool area is lovely! Hosts had our pool heated and ready for us, upon request. Upon arrival, we needed more linens and host accommodated very quickly. Home was quiet with no issues in the neighborhood. Left grateful and rested!

The house itself was beautiful. Very big and spacious. Fit our 12 people nicely. Great location. Walking distance to Mercato and the restaurants/bars over there. We had a couple issues while there (outdoor games were broken when we arrived, not enough bath towels, no trash bags, propane tanks for the grill were empty), but the host was very responsive and accommodating. They brought replacements to the house which was nice, just wish those things would’ve been there when we arrived like they were advertised. But overall, it was a great stay.

Beautifully appointed house. Pictures were spot on. Beds are super comfortable which is a rare find. Kitchen fully stocked with all dishes and utensils and appliances. Bathrooms were beautiful and showers ALL had plenty of hot water had soap and shampoo. Towels were fluffy and substantial not thin and rough like some hotel towels can be. Outdoor yard area was amazing. Cooked outside a few nights. Pool and spa very clean and could be heated. Walked to restaurants and biked to beach. They had plenty of chairs and towels for beach and pool. Communication was prompt and very responsive when needed. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful home, looks exactly like the pictures! It was a very comfortable stay and the neighborhood felt safe. Some pros: large home, 3 bathrooms, seems newly renovated, comfortable, clean, outdoor entertainment area with screens to keep bugs out, very close to shops/restaurants. Cons: there weren’t enough supplies to last through our stay, such as paper towel, trash bags and there are not very many bath towels. We paid extra to heat the but pool but I don’t think it was worth it as it did not get very warm and the pool guy had to come assist with the hot tub as that was not heating up either. Overall, it was a good stay and I highly recommend!

Such a gorgeous home right in the heart of North Naples, walking distance from the beach as well as Mercato! I booked this for 2 nights for a birthday weekend, and I had so much fun with my friends. The backyard setup is the shining star of this home. It's easy to step right from the kitchen and master bedroom into a gorgeous outdoor space, complete with a pool, outdoor TV, and grill. I'll definitely be recommending this listing to family when they come to visit!

For a family weekend trip this house was awesome! Everything in the house was super clean and tidy. And since the house was super close to the beach like legit walking and cycling distance, that added to the charm of the house! The pool was approved by the kids in the family :D it was very spacious as well. Would definetly reccomend this house to anybody and would stay there again!! Thank You so much!!
